Josh Herion - Owner / Operations Manager
Josh is the day-to-day operations manager who works directly with clients to ensure projects are completed in the safest, most cost-effective manner. Josh has been involved in the roofing industry since he was a kid; he credits his work ethic to the days of cleaning job sites for extra spending money. Josh has field experience in all types of roofing, siding, and sheet metal applications. Josh takes great pride in the quality workmanship that ECS provides and enjoys servicing his community. He has attended countless seminars on commercial and residential roofing. He is an active member in the National Roofing Contractors Association. The excitement and challenge of new and complex projects are what drives Josh to lead ECS. Josh handles day-to-day operations in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana as well as oversees our national accounts.
Tim Poole - General Manager / Contract administrator
Tim handles the day to day contractual obligations of our growing company. Tim has managed a wide variety of construction projects from residential to large scale commercial. Tim has overseen projects ranging from minor service repairs to projects over 100 million dollars. He has completed intricate and custom work in many areas of the country and prides himself on achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
Todd Herstadt- Estimator
Todd is a welcomed addition to the growing ECS team. With over 22 years experience working for another Lake County roofing contractor, Todd joined ECS to expand his list of services he has be excited about learning about all the services he can provide his client from a single source. Todd resides in Kenosha with his wife and 3 children. He is an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast and an active member is his local church. Todd handles day to day residential estimating.
Rodrigo Garcia - Sheet Metal Master Craftsman
Rodrigo leads our installation teams to ensure that quality practices are used. His work with copper, zinc, and other metals is highly sought. His attention to detail has helped ECS become a leader in the architectural sheet metal market. Rodrigo has completed numerous manufacturer trainings in low slope roofing, steep slope roofing and metal fabrication techniques. Rodrigo conducts training in our shop on nearly ever rain day to help cross train our roofers, siders, and metal workers. Rodrigo lives in Waukegan with his family and thrives on the challenge of raising his two children.
Armando Morales- Roofing Foreman
Armando has worked for the Herion family for over 42 years. He has worked on every type of pitched roof system. His dedication to the companies’ safety and training program is an important part of our success. Armando plans to retire in 2014, he will be missed. His current roles include roofing crew dispatch and quality inspections upon completion of work. Armando manages the service and repair department for residential customers.
Jesus Garcia - Exterior Foreman
Jesus is a perfect example of our cross training program. He excels in the installation of all exterior products. Jesus' day-to-day responsibilities change with the needs of the company. Jesus is a great team player. Jesus works with fiber cement siding and cedar shingle siding, and manages our soffit and fascia installation crews. Jesus is a versatile and dedicated team member. Clients that have had the pleasure of working with Jesus praise him for his attention to detail. Jesus and his family reside in Waukegan where he is an active member in his local church.
